1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. Ritz crackers - crushed fine
1 1/2 sticks margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat pineapple and sugar together in sauce pan until sugar is dissolved and mixture warm. Grease baking dish with butter. Put in layer of pineapple, dot with butter. Make layer of cracker crumbs, dot with butter. Repeat, ending with cracker crumbs and butter. Cover and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more or until lightly brown.
