1 chopped onion
3 stalks celery
1 pkg. California vegetable mix
1 c. grated cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in margarine. Cook with 1 pkg. California vegetable mix, according to directions - drain. Add cheese, mayonnaise and water chestnuts. Cover with crushed Ritz crackers and dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
