2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
28 Kraft caramels

Directions:
Directions:
Cook milk, sugar and butter until soft boil stage. Cut off heat and add caramels. Stir and/or use mixer until melted. Spread on cake.
