2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 sticks of butter or margarine
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 cup water
2 eggs well beaten
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix flour & sugar. In a pan melt & bring to a boil the butter, cocoa & water. Pour this over the sugar & flour. Add eggs, buttermilk,soda,vanilla & salt. Pour into a 9x13 greased pan & bake for 35 minutes &
350. ICE WHILE HOT!
Frosting:
Bring to boil:
1 stick butter or marg.
4 tbsp. cocoa
7 tbsp. milk
Remove from heat & add 2 cups of powered sugar. Beat & spread on cake.
