1 qt. cooked green beans, fresh or frozen
1 medium onion, chopped
8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. bacon grease

Directions:
Directions:
Place a layer of cooked beans in a slightly greased, flat casserole dish, then layer onion and a layer of bacon. Repeat layers. Pour sauce of vinegar, sugar and bacon grease over casserole. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then cover and cook an additional 30 minutes.
