1 1/4C FLOUR
2/3C BUTTER, SOFTENED
1C CHOPPED PECANS OR MACADAMIA NUTS
1 PKG CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
1C POWDERED SUGAR
1 12OZ. COOL WHIP, DIVIDED
1 1/2 C SHREDDED COCONUT (OPTIONAL)
2 PKGS. (3 1/2 OZ. EACH) INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING
1C MILK
2C PUMPKIN PIE MIX

Preheat oven to 350F. Beat flour and butter in small bowl until fine crumbs form. Stir in 1/2 cup pecans (I use macadamia nuts). Press into 13x9 inch pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until light brown. Cool on wire rack. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in small bowl until creamy. Fold in 1/2 container of whipped topping. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with coconut (I don't do but up to you). Beat pudding mix, milk, and pumpkin pie mix in small bowl for 2 minutes or until thick. Pour over coconut layer. Top with remaining whipped topping and pecans (mac nuts). Chill for 3 hours.
