Measure bisquick mix in large mixing bowl. Pour 2 small swallows of beer into the cook and add remaining beer to the dry mix. Pour slowly. Mix with spoon until dry ingerdients are moist and holds together. Turn onto board sprinkled with bisquick mix. Kneed two or three times. With hands, pat flat, about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. Cut with biscut cutter. Pour cooking oil into baking pan about 1/4 inch deep. Place biscuts in pan then turn over so oil is on top and bottom of each. Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with butter.
