6 oz spaghetti - cook to pkg directions, drain
2 Tbsp butter or marg
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 lb ground beef or sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
18 oz can undrained tomatoes
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti and drain. Stir into spaghetti the first butter, parmesan and eggs. Form spaghetti mixture into a "crust" in a buttered 10' pie plate or you could use a square pan. In askillet, brown gound beef or sausage. Drain off excess fat and add in onion, green peppers, tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt. Spread cottage cheese over bottom of spaghetti crust and fill "pie" with tomato mixture. Bake 350 for 20 minutes and sprinkle with mozz cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
