1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate Morsels
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1-1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 measuring tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water the Nestle Toll House morsels and the Eagle Brand condensed milk. Stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth. Stir in your choice of chopped nuts and vanilla extract. Pour into a foil lined 8" square pan. Chill until firm (about 2 hours). Makes a creamy fudge.

Nothing fancy, but definitely fast and fudgy. Ashley enjoys this too. One Christmas the entire batch disappeared in less than 30 minutes--so now we always make an extra batch "for later".
