1 box Graham crackers
3 1/2 c. milk
9 oz. cool whip
2 pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding

Chocolate Topping:
3 T. milk
2 T. white Karo syrup
2 T. (heaping) cocoa
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 T. softened butter (or margarine)
1 t. vanilla

Butter 9 X 13 dish or pan, line with single layer of graham crackers. Beat pudding and milk for two minutes. Fold in cool whip. Pour 1/2 over crackers. Another layer crackers and pudding ending with a third layer of crackers. Refrigerate for two hours. Top with chocolate topping.

Chocolate Topping
Mix all ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread on crackers. Refrigerate overnight.
