1 5-6 lb. Boston Butt Pork Roast
3-4 cups (Depending on size of roast) Barbecue Sauce (Your Choice)
1 medium onion
Hot Sauce to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place 3 or 4 slices of onion in bottom of crockpot. Place roast on top of onion and put remaining onion on top of roast. Cover crockpot and cook on high for 1 hour. Turn temperature down to low and cook 11 hours. (Do not remove lid during cook time.) Remove roast from crockpot and remove large bone. (Save the onion.) Pull pork apart. Pour all liquid out of crockpot and place the pulled pork back in the pot. Mix pulled pork, onion, hot sauce and barbecue sauce together. Cook an additional 6 hours on low. Stir occasionally.
Makes great sandwiches.
