4 pkg of turkey tails 4 c tomato sauce 2 tbsp of mustard 2 c brown sugar 2 tbsp of vinegar 6 c water 1tbsp syrup 2tsp cornstarch 2 tsp crystal hot sauce season salt pepper to taste

Boil Turkey Tails for 2 to 3 hours or until soft drain into to casserole pan and Bake at 350 for 20 mins In a sauce pan put tomato sauce vinegar mustard brown sugar cornstarch syrup salt hot sauce pepper put on medium heat for 10 mins until sauce constituency Then baste over turkey tail included in 20 mins bake time.
