1 bag 2 lb frozen vegetables, any variety, Let thaw
1/2 cup mayonnaise - Hillman's
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tspn curry and 1 tsp Acccnt (you can leave out)
1 cup grated longhorn cheese (or light other cheese)
1 pkg Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw vegetables til they are easy to handle. Mix together mayo, crm of chic soup and lemon juice. Add curry mix and cheese. Mix sauce into vegetables. Mix together crackers and margarine. Sprinkle on top of vegetable mixture. Bake for 45-60 min at 350. Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
