1 can Thank You apple pie filling
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup cooking oil
3/4 cup chopped english walnuts

Sour Cream Topping:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
Spread pie filling in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Combine flour, sugar, soda and salt. Sprinkle over pie filling. Mix in bowl, eggs, vanilla, oil and 1/2 cup walnuts. Pour over ingredients in pan. Stir only until well blended.Smooth batter evenly over pan. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350 until cake springs back when lightly touched in center. Prick warm cake with fork.

Topping: Combine sugar, sour cream and soda in a saucepan. Cook over med heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Pour over warm cake. Sprinkle with 1/4 c walnuts. Serve warm or cold.บบบบ
