1 Lb sausage, brown and drain
6 slices of bread
4-6 eggs
2 1/4 c milk
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Line a greased 9x13 pan with the 6 slices of bread. Mix together eggs, 2 1/4 cup milk, and dry mustard. Add sausage and cheddar cheese and pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight before baking. Mix together cr of mush soup and 1/2 cup milk and pour over casserole. Bake for 1 1/2 hour at 325. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
