1/3 C Butter or Margarine
2 Eggs
3/4 C Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 C & 2 T Milk
3 C Oatmeal (any kind)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Drop in eggs and beat well. Add brown sugar, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well until there are no lumps. Melt butter and combine with the milk. Whisk milk mixture into baking dish. Add oats and stir well. Refrigerate overnight (if using quick oats you do not need to refrigerate overnight, you can bake right away). Bake uncovered at 350 for 40 minutes.
