1 pkg (6 oz) frozen crab meat (can substitute salmon or shrimp)
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, cut into 1/4 cubes
C. sliced green onions
2 C. cooked broccoli or spinach, well drained and chopped
2 C. milk
1 C. Bisquick or other baking mix
4 eggs
t. salt
Dash of nutmeg

Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease a small (9x9) cake pan. Toss seafood, cheeses, and onions in bottom of pan until blended. Beat all remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pan. Place in oven inside a larger cake pan that holds about a half inch of water in it, to keep the pie moistened during baking. Bake until knife inserted half way between center and edges comes out clean, about 35-40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
