Ingredients:  
1-2 lbs pork pieces browned
1 medium onion chopped fine
3 sticks celery chopped fine
C. soy sauce
1 C. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup (can substitute cream of chicken or celery)
4 C. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except water in a large casserole dish. Add water and stir again. Cover dish and put in a 325 oven for 1 hours. Stir once and serve.
