12 eggs
1 lb. shredded jack cheese
cup flour
2 cups small curd cottage cheese
1 teaspoon baking soda
cup butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven at 350

Put the eggs in a bowl and mix on medium speed. Then combine the rest of the ingredients together and mix with the eggs also at medium speed. If you want to add meat to the dish mix it in at this time.

Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.

Cook for about 40 minutes or until center is set and maybe a little brown.

This breakfast recipe can be cut in half very easily. Use a greased 9 x 9 dish instead of the 9 x 13. You can also add cooked sausage, bacon or ham. This comes out light and fluffy.
