8 oz Cream Cheese 8 oz Sour Cream 1-2 Avocados 1 Green Pepper 2-3 Tomatoes Cheddar Cheese 1-2 Garlic Cloves (or garlic salt) Green Onions (optional) Lawry's Seasoned Salt Black Pepper to taste
Mix together the cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in the diced/chopped avocado and minced garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread mixture in 9x13 pan/platter. Top with diced green pepper, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and green onion (optional).
