3T. butter
2 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 lb. cubed velveeta cheese
1 milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in baking dish. Pour uncooked macaroni in baking dish and stir until butter coats the macaroni well. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Spread/sprinkle/mix cheese through macaroni. Pour milk over all. Bake in a 325 oven for 1 hour. Do not stir while baking.

Note: I usually pour in the milk until it comes up to about the top of the macaroni.
