1 lb Egg Noodles
1 lb Sausage
1 Onion, diced
1 Can Stewed Tomatoes
1 Stick Butter or Margarine, melted
1-2 Tbsp Flour
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Brown sausage and onions, then add tomatoes. Set aside. In separate pan, melt butter then add flour to absorb the butter. Add milk and stir until incorporated. Thin with water. Combine all ingredients and place in casserole pan. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
