2 T margarine
2 T flour
1 1/4 c milk
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 turkey gizzard, boiled and cup into small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt margarine. Stir in flour and cook, stirring, until the mixture bubbles. Gradually stir in milk and cook until mixture thickens slightly. (If gravy is lumpy, strain it through a sieve or put in blender or food processor and blend. Then return to pan.) Stir in cream of chicken soup, egg and gizzard. Season with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning if desired.
