2.2 lbs (1 kg) chicken thighs
2 leeks, cut into thin rounds
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 cup white wine
1 cup heavy creme
1 dash ground white
a couple cloves garlic, finely chopped
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Season the chicken with the garlic, salt and pepper;
2. Saute the chicken in butter, and when heated through, add the leeks and let cook a bit more;
3. Add the mustard and the wine, and let cook over low heat until completely cooked through;
4. Add water, bit by bit, to create a sauce;
5. When ready to serve, add the creme, heat just to boiling and serve.
