31b pork butt or whole chicken Carna Sada Seasoning 4 tbsp 2 cloves of garlic 1 c diced onions 2 c chicken broth 2 c orange juice 11/2 c water 1/3 c lemon juice 1/3 lime juice 1 can stewed tomatoes

Put all ingredients in crock pot cook overnight on low heat and then take out and put salt and pepper over it place in the oven at 350 degree a bake for 10 mins serve with corn tortillas and salsa
