Directions:
Marinade chicken in Teriyaki marinade the day before, or at least 2 hours...and then grill.

On a plate for one serving: Put rice on plate and then put sliced-up chicken in strips on top of rice. Then pour Tonkatsu sauce over the chicken, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce and drizzle with Sriracha hot chili sauce. Basically this is all to your personal taste and heat level!

Personal Notes:
Jim and I love this. We have served this a lot to our friends and they often request it when we have them over. It goes great with Mandarin Salad (recipe included in "Soup, Stew, Salad and Sauce Section) and potstickers. The Sriracha hot chili sauce is very hot!!!! So go easy on it if you are a lightweight!
