4quarts green tomatoes, cored and chopped
4 quarts tart apples, pared and shopped
2 lb. seedless raisins
1 T. Cinnamon
2 T. Salt
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice

Chop tomatoes and apples. mix all ingredients together and heat until boiling. Simmer until mixture is slightly thickened. Stir often. Pour, boiling hot, into clean, hot pint or quart canning jars, leaving one inch of head space. Seal with proper lids. Process in pressure cooker at 10 pounds pressure for 25 minutes.
