4 1b of chicken 6 Bayleaf 1/2 c apple cider vinegar 1/2 c balsamic vinegar 3 c water or until chicken is covered 1 c soy sauce 3 tbsp of black pepper add more or less vinegar or soysauce to taste 2 tbsp garlic 4 tbsp canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Fry garlic in oil and brown chopped chicken in pan then add soy sauce and vinegar sprinkle black through out chicken and sauce then add water and cover for 35 mins or until tender. Cook on medium heat and then simmer for 15 mins.
