4 to 6 medium chicken breasts 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 3 oz can (2/3 c.) broiled mushroom crowns 1 c. dairy sour cream 1/2 c. sherry
Place chicken breast skin side up (skin may be removed) in 11x7x1 1/2 inch baking dish. Blend remaining ingredients, including mushroom liquid. Pour over chicken. Bake 350º 1 to 1 1/4 hours or till tender. Serve with rice. Makes 4-6 servings.
