Fish fillets for six
2 boxes grape tomatoes
1 cup cold water
1 cup white wine
4-6 garlic cloves
1/4 cup parsley
Red hot pepper flakes
Olive Oil
Orzo

Directions:
Directions:
Roast tomatoes under broiler after tossing with dash of olive oil and salt/pepper. Bring oil, water, wine,pureed garlic cloves, and salt/pepper to boil. Add fish fillets & oil/wine/water mix to casserole dish. Add parsley and roasted tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with red hot pepper flakes. Place casserole dish in 350 degree preheated oven (or leave broiler on)
Cook approximately 6-10 min

Serve with Orzo!
