3 - 3oz pkg French vanilla pudding
1 - 8oz Cool Whip, thawed
3 1/2 cups cold milk
1 box graham crackers
1 container milk chocolate frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9x13 pan with whole graham crackers, trimming the crackers to fit. Mix the pudding with milk then add the Cool whip. Put half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers then add the rest of the pudding. Add another layer of graham crackers. Spread the frosting on the top layer of graham crackers. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or 12 to 14 hours.
