4 Cups Apples, peeled and diced
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Sifted Flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
2 Eggs, beaten
3/4 Cup Oil
2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 Cup Nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in large bowl and sprinkle sugar over them. Let stand. Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add mixture to apples. Mix well, add eggs, oil, vanilla, and nuts. Bake in 13x9 greased pan for 50 minutes at 350. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
