Ingredients:
New Potatoes (red skinned)
grated cheddar cheese
chopped onion
green onions (for topping)
mushroom soup
milk or half and half cream

Directions:
Directions:
I don't have amounts for the ingredients because I just layer the sliced potatoes, chopped onion, cheddar cheese and mushroom soup mixed with either milk or cream. I finish with the soup and top that with chopped green onions. Also I salt and pepper each layer. I usually cook this in a pyrex dish. Cook at 375 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on the depth.
