1 lb. deer steak, cubed
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup boiling water
1 tsp. salt
2 green peppers, chopped
1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained, save juice
2-1/2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. corn starch
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup mild vinegar
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Roll meat in flour and brown in margarine. Add water and salt. Simmer gently in a skillet until tender. Add green peppers and pineapple chunks to meat. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook until thick. Pour over meat. Simmer a few minutes. Serve on rice or noodles. Serves 6.
