Ingredients:  
1 cup water
1 cup salsa of choice
1-1/2 cups instant rice
3/4 cup sour cream
1 can green chilies
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In medium pan, bring water and salsa to a boil. Stir in rice. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Stir sour cream into rice. Pour into 8 square baking pan. Spread green chilies over rice and top with cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
