3/4 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1-1/2 to 2 tbsp. flour
9 12 oz. hot pork sausage, browned
3 cans (9 12 oz. each) mild whole green chilies
3/8 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
9 12 eggs
3/4 1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Monterey Jack cheese and flour together and sprinkle in bottom of ungreased 3 4 qt. oblong baking dish. Cut chilies in half and de-seed. Layer on top of cheese. Sprinkle with cheddar and top with sausage. Beat together eggs and milk. Pour mixture over sausage. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 45 minutes.
