1 lb. 4 oz. Southwest style shredded raw potatoes
1-1/2 cups ham, turkey or chicken, cut up
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
4 eggs
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 x 13 glass pan with cooking spray. Press potatoes in pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and layer the following: meat and cheese. In a bowl, beat together the milk, eggs salt and pepper. Pour on top of cheese and return to oven. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
