1 cup sugar
1/2 cup stick butter
2 eggs
1 cup pineapple, drained
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 lb. vanilla wafers
Whipped cream
Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter together. Separate eggs and mix yolks into sugar mixture along with pineapple and nuts. Whip egg whites and fold into mixture. Spread vanilla wafers 3 layers deep in pan. Top wafers with mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Cover with whipped cream and coconut.
