Ingredients:  
4 cups flour
2 tsp. salt
1-3/4 cups shortening
1 egg
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt. Cut in shortening. Beat egg and add with vinegar and water. Combine all ingredients. Roll out crust and place in 9 pie plate. Bake at 225 degrees until brown.
