5 to 7 eggs
1-1/2 cups sugar
Sprinkle of salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 quart cream
2 quarts of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar together. Add other ingredients and beat well. If using whole milk, cut the cream to 3/4 quart and use a little more milk. Freeze in ice cream freezer.
