6 eggs
3 cups sugar
1 can Pet evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla (or more)
Whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs. In bowl, beat yolks and sugar. In separate bowl, beat whites stiff. Add whites to yolks and sugar, beat and add evaporated milk. Add vanilla to mixture. Add mixture to ice cream freezer bucket and add whole milk to bucketís full line. Mixture is ready to freeze. Makes 6 quarts.
