Pastry for two crust pie
2 cups green tomatoes, cut in 1/2" cubes
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. flour
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. powdered cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions:
Line a 9 pie pan with half the pastry. Roll out remainder for top and cut four 1 slits in the center. Combine remaining ingredients and fill pie shell. Top with rolled out pastry and crimp edges to seal. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 6.
