Filling:
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 cup granulated sugar
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese

Crust:
26 ea. Graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup oleo, melted

Directions:
Directions:
For filling, chill evaporated milk thoroughly. In bowl, mix water with jello. Have jello mixture syrupy consistency when you start to whip evaporated milk in another bowl. Beat evaporated milk until it resembles whipped cream. Add jello as you beat. In another bowl, beat sugar into cream cheese until no sign of sugar crystals. Beat sugar-cheese mixture into milk-jello mixture. For crust, combine crackers and oleo in bowl. If desired, add a bit of sugar and cinnamon. Place mixture in 9 x 13 pan and add jello mixture on top.
