1 cup flour
1 cup sugar (Splenda can be used)
1 egg
1 can (29 oz.) sliced, peaches, undrained
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar and egg together. Mixture will be dry and crumbly. Pour peaches into 9” x 9” non-stick baking pan (or spray lightly with Pam, wiping off excess). Melt butter. Sprinkle the dry ingredients over the peaches then pour melted butter all over the top. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and let cobbler “rest” for another 10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve warm.
