1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 package dried beef
1 pkg large flour tortillas
Bagged fresh vegetable medley carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.
Saran Wrap
Toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Chop vegetables very small. Cut dried beef into small pieces. Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, dried beef and vegetables together. Spread onto flour tortillas and roll up. Wrap each individually in plastic saran wrap and put in refrigerator for at least an hour. Take out and slice into pinwheels and secure with toothpicks.
