2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tub (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (30 to 32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
1 pkg. mushrooms
3/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Ham, chopped, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, sour cream and pepper in a large bowl. Blend well. Stir in potatoes, mushrooms, Swiss and cheddar cheese. Spoon into an 8 x 8 baking pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven, uncovered 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until bubbling and golden brown. Serve immediately or cool 15 to 20 minutes. Can be frozen for early preparation. Makes 8 10 servings.
