1 lb. pkg. carrots
2 onions
1 stick oleo
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp. powdered thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut carrots into crosswise sections. Peel and slice onions into rings. Heavily butter bottom and sides of casserole dish. Place a layer of carrots, a layer of onions and dot with oleo. Repeat until all are used. Sprinkle parsley and seasonings over mixture. Cover tightly. This needs no water. Butter melts and keeps from sticking. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Serves 4.
