5 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 cups chicken stock, divided
1-1/2 tbsp. garlic, chopped
Salt
10 mild green chilies, roasted
6 hot green chilies, roasted
1 – 2 tbsp. cornstarch
Shredded cheese
Tomatoes, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Cube chicken and cook in Dutch oven on top of stove until brown. Cover with 4 cups chicken stock, add garlic and salt to taste. Cook until chicken is tender. Peel and chop green chilies. Add to pot with 2 more cups chicken stock. Add more garlic and salt to taste. Simmer 30 to 60 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch mixed with a little water. Stir into pot, a little at a time, until desired thickness is achieved. Serve topped with cheese and tomatoes.
