1 roasting chicken
2 large cloves garlic (chopped)
1 large onion
2 pkgs. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Rosemary
6 8 small spring potatoes
Broccoli florets
Cauliflower buds
Carrots
1 can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a roasting pan. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1-1/2 hours or until done.
