Ingredients:  
1 can (16 oz.) whole or green chili strips
Monterey Jack cheese cut into 1/4 strips
3-4 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 cup milk
1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Stuff chilies with Monterey Jack cheese strips. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs, flour and milk. Pour over chilies. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
